Successful applicants have to deposit 10% of the total cost of the Flat as allotment money within 15 days from the date of Confirmation letter through cheque, DD after adjusting earlier paid registration amount. In SPLS Graha Awas Yojana allotment letter will be issued after clearance of 10% amount of the total value of Flat.
