I am one of the Owner of a flat in Divyansh Fabio. First of all it was a big mistake of buy a flat in this society. The sales team make false promises (Nirankar and Pushpendar Singh) - these two people will sell you the sky and then turn you back by saying this is not possible as the owner declined to do so. Also owner is very irresponsible and lala type. Second - Lack of basic amenities. Yes, the maintenance staff (Vikas) doesn't have any management or staff (labor) to do day to day task any ever needed. You ask for electrician they will say he is on holiday - you want to get some damaged part changed - they will say staff is there but there isn't anyone to go to the market and buy the required part. 100% lack of educated staff and communication skills - they are like recruited from a village or something they don't even know how to speak to a resident or how to get the work done. The maintenance guy (Vikas) don't even response to your call often in order to avoid you and your request. You can even directly speak to the owner as well, they will give you approval for some ABC work and then when you ask maintenance (Vikas) for the same he says "actually mujhe approval nahi mila, or mujhe nahi pta saman kaha se lana hai" - ALL of them are simply not doing their duty If you ever planning to buy a flat in this society PLEASE DON'T DO IT - Write me to apoorv.lavi19@gmail.com - I will get in touch with you personally to know about this society.
