Signature Global To Offering New Affordable Housing in Gurgaon

Recently Signature Global announced that they are coming with two residential projects in Gurgaon. Both of the projects come in affordable housing to develop a total of 1450 units and invested 400 cr to develop these projects under Haryana government scheme. Signature Global, which is mainly focused to develop affordable housing in Gurgaon and has been launched 12 projects only in Gurgaon, under the Haryana Affordable Housing Policy.

Signature Prime is located at Sector 63 A Gurgaon & Signature Aspire is located at Sector 95 Gurgaon and the costing of the will be of Rs 22-26 lakh. The applications are invited from prospective buyers and then units will be allotted through the draw. Prime only offering 2BHK residences while Aspire offering 2BHK & 3BHK residences. Both of the projects are registered with Haryana Rera.

In 2019, Centre has been reduced GST rates on affordable housing to 1 % only and is providing an additional deduction of 1.5 Lac on interest paid on home loans for flats priced up to Rs 45 lakh. While GST rates for under-construction projects has been reduced from 12 % to 5 %.
