Renowned realty developer of the country, Godrej Properties has added three new projects in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) of Navi Mumbai, Amarnath and Thane and one in North Bangalore.
Godrej Properties will be developing a township project that will be spread over 100 acres in Navi Mumbai. The project will offer about 7.5 million sq. ft. of the development area and will be raised as a residential project with a retail component.
The second project is equally impressive and will include a joint venture with Nisarg Nirman Developers that will develop a land parcel of about 6.4 acres in the up and coming market of Ambernath, MMR. The project will offer 1.1 million sq. ft. of development area will be developed as a group housing project.
The third project will come up in the fast-emerging city of Thane. Spread in an area of 8 acres, the project will offer 1.10 million sq. ft. of development area that will comprise mainly of residential apartments with some space allotted to retail.
The fourth and final project will be a joint venture that will see the teaming of Godrej Properties and promoters of Universal Builders in KIADB Hardware Park, Bagalur, North Bangalore to develop a modern affordable housing project of 3 million sq. ft. that will be spread across an area of 22 acres.
The projects gels perfectly with Godrej Group’s strategy of making its presence felt in the country’s prominent real estate markets and will give the thrust to the market share at a period of dislocation the industry is presently facing.
