Both the builders used their political influence for the land to have DC conversion and selling the apartment now. Earlier they promise for the buyers for the land after taking advance. They promise the land to be sold,But now many people are waiting for the land buying. Those who had the registration need to wait for the land conversion. This greedy duo generated lot of money after selling and have the agreement with buyers. My sincere request not to take such a property.
