Purvankara is a pathetic builder. Unable to complete existing project in Keshav Nagar but launching a new project to fool new customers. Their debut project in Pune, Purva Silversands, was launched in 2016 but they haven't complete it till now. Work progress was extremely slow in past years. Now they are using the COVID19 pandemic to justify their delay. Possession date has been postponed from November 2020 to May 2022. Possession date committed by their sales team was March 2020.
