I am a flat owner of Mukta lake city, I had purchased a flat since 2017 & supposed to get possession in March 2019 but till date the builder given dates as per occasions and finally not issued OC (Occupational certificate),So flat owners has decided to shift in their own flat by forcefully as a possession without OC. At times I had bought this flat due to seeing other projects of Mukta like Mukta Residency.But now I felt this was the biggest mistake in my life, see below point for not buying this property:1. Fraud commitment: As per brochure not provided Club house, Intercom, CCTV Camera, 24 Hours Boring water, No floor & lift backup generator, etc.2. Sample Flat: Booking time shown sample flat but according to that our flat is different from tile to all facilities.3. Electricity Bill:Without get possession & OC owners are liable to pay forcefully electricity Bills.3. Cost Cutting: Bedroom door having old KADI system no louche key provided, Poor quality of toilet material, Two slide windows are provided instead of three, No mosquito net window,Half kitchen tiles instead of full.4. Dryer area: No use, even washing machines not fitted properly.5. Plumbing: Have to instruct each and every point for where to fit the water tap, In the washroom fitted small wash basin only kids not for adults.6. Parking facilities: At the time of booking committed parking facilities but now there is no parking area,ground floor parking areas are shifted into 1 Room kitchen.If you do not believe my word so check any flat and ask any owner of mukta lake city then decide to buy or not.
