I Have done a booking on 26th Jan 2021 for a 1BHK and paid 5% of the total cost as a token amount. ( 2.5 Lakhs )
The sales representative / relationship manager tried convincing me of not having any refund on first two calls and mentioned of non-refund of the complete amount. But then Checking TC of the application form they mention of cancellation and refund possibilities for non-defaulters by deducting a nominal charge. which when highlighted back to the sales team they stopped communication with me completely.
Within 5 days I reached them out for cancellation, and since then they started ignoring my calls and messages and now its 3 months and still, I stand chasing them for a reply.
I believed in Godrej as a brand to reflect values of trustable and transparent to its customers. But with my experience sales team and also the management from inside tried cheating me with miss leading information. And keeping my money in their custody they are making me run in all the directions.
Keeping the Covid situation out in Mumbai also their office is shut and now I am left with no clue whom to be reached out.
This bring more doubt if they would even stand to their word on the construction quality/ project completion and amenities they promised as per their promises on the paper.
