I have booked a apartment at shriline avanti, 1 bhk, by paying close to 5 lakhs approximately. The possession was supposed to happen in Dec 2020, but it did not. There is no construction happening at all since 2019 January. The MD of the company Girish and others are not responding to my mails and phone calls. They are citing corona as a reason for delay, when they did not do any construction activity in 2019 itself. My hard earned money and dream of owing a small home has gone down the drain. Untrustworthy company and unprofessional, I am afraid i will lose my money.
